The overall draft 2015 Program is outlined below.  Times are subject to change an are an estimate only.  The final program will be available approximately mid-January.

Pre-Conference – Monday 2 February

Barossa Valley Wine Tour (times TBC)

Experience the Barossa Valley, get to know your conference buddies, and unwind before you enter a week of intense research exchange that will launch you in to the next phase of your research.  We’ve put together a pre-conference tour for the Monday 2 February and we’d love you to join us.  For around $100 we’ll take you on a tour of the Barossa Valley wine region.  The Barossa is one of the world’s great wine regions, renowned for its food and wine, cultural experiences and easy-going lifestyle.  If you would like to join us on this tour, send an email to acereconference@qut.edu.au.

06.00pm – 08:00pm – Welcome Reception and registration, University of Adelaide

Conference Day 2 – Wednesday 3 February

09:00am – 04:30pm – Conference in session, University of Adelaide

06:30pm – 10:30pm – Social Networking event – We will travel on an historic private tram to Sammy’s on the Marina, Glenelg, where we will enjoy a delightful cocktail party on the beachside.

Conference Day 3 – Thursday 4 February

09:00am – 04:30pm – Conference in session, University of Adelaide

07:00pm – 10:30pm – Awards Gala Dinner, Adelaide Oval – Adelaide Oval has long provided the perfect location to host private functions and events. As one of South Australia’s most impressive venues – boasting picturesque views of the hallowed turf, the city, St Peter’s Cathedral and more – we will celebrate in this unique setting the achievements of our colleagues.
