Policy Forum – Entrepreneurial Ecosystems: Great Places to Create Business
On Tuesday 3 February, right before the ACERE Conference begins, the University of Adelaide is presenting a Policy Forum at the Adelaide Convention Centre. This is an excellent opportunity to add further value to your ACERE attendance and you can register to attend the forum by clicking here.
On Monday 2 February, we have arranged a relaxing conference pre-tour that will see us take a short trip to the Barossa Valley and experience the wonderful food and wine trail that Adelaide is renowned for. If you’re interested in joining us, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us to add your name to the list! We’ll spend the day visiting a variety of world class wineries, enjoy lunch in a vineyard or a brewhouse, enjoy tasting wines on a hosted tour, all in the hands of our own tour guide. We’ll depart our hotels about 9am and be back by 4pm, refreshed and ready for the week ahead. The cost will be approximately $100 per person.
ACERE Social Events
As in previous years, we have arranged some exciting social events that are included in your Conference registration. More information will be added to the website soon, but you can expect to be experiencing some of the great tourist attractions Adelaide has to offer. We will have our welcome networking function at the University of Adelaide on the Tuesday evening, where you can grab your delegate bag and meet and mingle with your colleagues, new and old. The following evening we will be heading out to the beautiful beaches of Glenelg on our own private tram, where we will enjoy a cocktail party by the sea and overlooking the Marina. Our Awards Dinner will be just as special, where we will congratulate our colleagues overlooking the iconic Adelaide Oval! All these events are included in your Conference registration, and partners are welcome for an additional cost. If you haven’t registered yet, or want to add your partners to your registration for the social events, click here .
We hope you find time to take a break over this time and we’re looking forward to welcoming you to Adelaide in February. If you have any questions, or need any help, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
