KEY DATES AND DEADLINES:

Abstracts are due no later than 8 July 2019.  The abstract portal will open early June 2019 and will be available via the conference website.

If accepted the submitting author will receive notification early August 2019 with an invitation to present the full paper at the 2020 ACERE Conference.

Full Papers are due on or before 1 October 2019

All papers submitted by 1 October 2019 will be sent to at least two reviewers for comment, they will also qualify for the awards process and may be nominated for the paper development sessions (PDS).

All presenting authors must be registered to attend the conference no later the 15 November 2019 for the paper to be included in the conference program.

Important Dates

Full paper submission deadline: 20 November

Educational Forum/Industry Forum Submission Deadline: 10 December

Application for Doctoral Consortium: 10 December

PDWs Submission Deadline: 10 December

Registration Early-Bird Price: 21 December

Main Conference (Tuesday 6th (from 3:30 pm), Wednesday 7th (all day), Thursday 8th (all day) – Conference begins at 3:30 pm on Tuesday 6th)

Welcome Drinks at The Old Clare Hotel, Tuesday 6th February, 5:30-7:00 PM

Gala Event and Awards at MCA (Museum of Contemporary Art)- Wednesday, 7th February, 6:30-10:30 PM

 Closing drinks at Aerial Conference Centre Thursday 8th February 5-6 PM
